Our laboratory studies the chromatin and transcriptional dynamics underlying T cell differentiation at systems biology level. We aim to depict the synergistic regulatory effect of transcription factors and the intrinsic regulatory structure governing a variety of T cell biological processes including maturation, activation, memory acquisition and maintenance, as well as exhaustion in tumor microenvironment using multidisciplinary approaches.
